Commodity anti-counterfeit resolution

[Working Principles]
More than ten different kinds of rare earth material are added to various substances of certain proportions, which are then sintered with different temperature and duration to get sintered compact stuff. The sintered stuff will be ground into powder with certain size and is used as the base material to be added to printing ink and other substances in specific formula so that anti-counterfeit marks will be produced by printing such substances on words, numbers, patterns or designated positions on the outer packing of commodities through original printing process.

[Testing Methods]

1. ClassⅠTest (Infrared Test)
Simple 980mm infrared tester is used to radiate the position printed with hidden anti-counterfeit marks. Clear and distinct color luster is visible to naked eyes. Colors and luster can be set and adjusted.

2. ClassⅡ Test (Raster Test)
Simple 980mm infrared tester is used to radiate the position printed with hidden anti-counterfeit marks where several groups of light points with different luster lined up in dot are visible to naked eyes. Different formulas will result in different color combinations which have the quality of uniqueness.

3. Class Ⅲ Test (Digital Test)
Digital tester (patented technology) can be used to radiate the position printed with anti-counterfeit marks and a group of spectral ciphers of multiple digital codes will be displayed on the liquid crystal screen of the digital detector. Such ciphers are like the fingerprints or DNA of human beings and have the quality of uniqueness.
Different colors and ciphers can be set for commodities of different brands and grades according to demands. Each kind of commodities only has one group of corresponding ciphers and the cipher files are in control of the administrative department of enterprises.
